Qualcomm’s strategic investment arm Qualcomm Ventures has bought a minority shareholding in Germany’s Qorix, an automotive middleware supplier that aims to accelerate the transition to software-defined vehicles. Qorix said Qualcomm Ventures would join its majority shareholders, KPIT Technologies and ZF, in supporting the business but did not disclose the transaction terms.
