At the heart of this transformation lies middleware, the invisible yet crucial backbone. This is where Qorix comes in. As a founding member and driving force behind the open-source initiative Eclipse S-CORE, Qorix is working to transform an open software foundation into an industrially usable middleware platform for SDV (Software-Defined Vehicles). The focus is not only on code development but also on industrialization: that is, how collaborative open-source approaches can lead to safety-critical, ASIL-D-compliant, and production-ready products.
