A Vision for Smarter Automotive Software
Qorix was founded in 2023 as a joint initiative between KPIT Technologies and the ZF Group to address the growing complexity of automotive software. With KPIT's software expertise and ZF's deep understanding of vehicle systems, the goal was clear: to develop scalable, high-performance middleware that gives OEMs full control over software-defined vehicles.
Building an Independent Future
By 2024, Qorix was fully independent and had expanded its product portfolio to include Qorix Classic, Qorix Adaptive and the flagship Qorix Performance middleware stacks. Combining investment, assets and technical expertise, Qorix was established as an independent company dedicated to developing open, modular middleware solutions for the global mobility ecosystem. Headquartered in Munich, Germany, with a growing team in India, Qorix works closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and technology partners to accelerate the development and standardisation of next-generation vehicle architectures.

Technology Collaboration with Qualcomm
In February 2025, Qorix announced a technology collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. to integrate Qorix middleware with Snapdragon® Digital Chassis™ platforms. This collaboration delivers high-performance, pre-integrated software stacks that reduce development costs and accelerate time-to-market for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
