Munich, Germany / Shanghai, China – March 23, 2026 – Qorix, a specialist in middleware solutions for modern vehicle software, announced a reseller agreement with Shanghai Tranzy Group Co., Ltd. The partnership, effective March 18, marks Qorix’s first official collaboration with a Chinese partner and represents a strategic step in the company’s global expansion into one of the world’s most dynamic automotive software markets. The partnership was presented on March 19 at the “5th Software and Security Technology Week” in Shanghai, where Qorix and Tranzy jointly shared the stage and outlined their collaboration and perspective on the future of software-defined vehicles (SDV).
Under the agreement, Tranzy will serve as an authorized reseller for the full Qorix middleware portfolio in China, including AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, the Qorix Performance stack for high-performance computing architectures, and Qorix Developer with AI-based development capabilities. Through the collaboration, automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in China will gain local access to Qorix middleware platforms designed to support modern, software-defined vehicle architectures. The transition towards software-defined vehicles is accelerating across the global automotive industry, particularly in China where manufacturers are rapidly advancing centralized computing platforms and service-oriented software architectures. Qorix addresses this transformation with its middleware technologies, enabling automotive companies to manage increasing software complexity while maintaining control over system architecture and performance. Tranzy will contribute to the partnership by providing technical integration, local customer engagement, and project enablement for vehicle platform programs in China. Leveraging its established network within the Chinese automotive ecosystem, the company will help bring Qorix technologies into ongoing development initiatives and strengthen access to local OEM and Tier-1 programs.
